Return Policy

 

FREE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

    • Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving order.
    • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
    • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Sale Items
    • Final Sale Items
    • Items purchased with a discount code
    • Jewelry
    • Hats
    • Accessories

    Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

     INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item let us know by emailing hello@shop-shea.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

    DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@shop-shea.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

    LOST PACKAGES: Shop Shea is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at hello@shop-shea.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
